Fun is an integral part of learning. So why not combine fun and learning with a visit to the Aquarium! Created just for summer student groups and campers, check out the hands-on programs offered at the Aquarium during June - August. Program descriptions below:

Early Childhood

30 minutes
$3 per student + admission
(min. 10 students)
Reptile Raiders: Slither your way into the world of scales! Begin with reading about life as a reptile, then discover what a snake or alligator actually feels like. Let your creative side shine with a colorful craft each student can take home with them.

K-2 Grade

45 minutes
$3 per student + admission
(min. 15 students)
Whale of a Tale: Dive into the ocean with a story about life in the sea. Get up close and touch shoreline favorites including horseshoe crabs, seastars, or sea urchins. Then make a splash on the creative side with your own ocean-themed craft.

3-5 Grade

45 minutes
$3 per student + admission

Stingray Summer: Fact or fiction: stingrays are scary? Learn the truth about stingray habitats, adaptations, and, sometimes, misunderstood behaviors. Get up close and find out just what these docile friends feel like. Don’t worry, ours won’t sting.
