First Course: Clam and Catfish Stew with spanish chorizo, Yukon gold potatoes, tomatoes, and olive oil
Second Course: Marinated shrimp Salad with arugula, farm egg, mushroom, and a warm bacon vinaigrette
Third Course: Herb Encrusted Wreckfish with roasted turnips, mustard greens, carrots, fennel purée, baby beets, and local citrus
