First Course: Dry packed scallop / scallop mousse / sesame bagna càuda / brined cucumber
Second Course: Combahee clams in chili butter / popcorn cream / corn fritter / pickled aji dolce peppers
Third Course: Carolina Sea bass / sticky rice / pickled pear/ soy peanut / shiso oil
Dessert: Cornbread cake / avocado cremeaux / pistachios
