What It’s About
Embark on a week of exploration at South Carolina Aquarium Summer Camp! Hosted at our brand-new Boeing Learning Lab at the Charleston Maritime Center, campers will discover the diverse wildlife and waterways of South Carolina. Each day, campers will learn about a different region of South Carolina, explore the Aquarium, experience up-close animal encounters, visit behind the scenes and participate in a creative project. Summer Camp is a great way for your elementary-aged explorer to connect to Charleston’s waterfront and wildlife within our walls and beyond!
Camp Sessions
Week 1: July 7–11
This is a half-day camp for rising 1st and 2nd graders ONLY.
$250 per camper; max 15 campers
Week 2: July 14–18
This is a full-day camp for rising 3rd, 4th and 5th graders ONLY.
$425 per camper; max 15 campers
Week 3: July 21–25
This is a half-day camp for rising 1st and 2nd graders ONLY.
$250 per camper; max 15 campers
Week 4: July 28–August 1
This is a full-day camp for rising 3rd, 4th and 5th graders ONLY.
$425 per camper; max 15 campers

Additional Details
All parents/guardians will receive a “Before Camp Begins” information email and will be required to sign a mandatory pre-camp waiver.
Weeks 1 and 3 (half-day sessions)
• Drop-off time is 9 a.m. and pickup time is 1 p.m.; location details will be provided prior to camp
Weeks 2 and 4 (full-day sessions)
• Drop-off time is 9 a.m. and pickup time is 3 p.m.; location details will be provided prior to camp
