Channel your artistic side and try your hand at gyotaku, a traditional Japanese printmaking method! During this adults-only class led by renowned local artist Lynne Gettelfinger, learn about the history of this artform while practicing the skills yourself using both real, sustainably-sourced fish and artificial molds to create a gyotaku print of your own. Space is limited; $30 per non-member adult, members receive a 20% discount.

Begin your day with your favorite Aquarium animals, and join us in front of the Great Ocean Tank to stretch, tumble and exercise! This class, led by The Little Gym of Mount Pleasant, is designed for children ages two to five and is a great way to “shake the sillies out!” $5 per child; chaperones attend for free and can enjoy Charleston Coffee Roasters coffee during the class.

Taking place in front of the Great Ocean Tank, this calming and meditative journey through sound provides the perfect opportunity to unwind and recenter yourself. Registration is $12 per member adult and $20 per non-member adult.

Surrounded by marine life, your little music maker (ages two to five) will move and groove in this music and rhythm class by Ms. Crystal of The Music School! Registration is $10 per child; member adults attend for free and can enjoy Charleston Coffee Roasters coffee during the program.
