Begin your day with your favorite Aquarium animals, and join us in front of the Great Ocean Tank to stretch, tumble and exercise! This class, led by The Little Gym of Mount Pleasant, is designed for children ages two to five and is a great way to “shake the sillies out!” $5 per child; chaperones attend for free and can enjoy Charleston Coffee Roasters coffee during the class.

Grab your family and join our staff on an adventure through the Aquarium at night! Learn more about our natural world, come face-to-face with live animals, participate in activities and create lasting memories at this exclusive member program after dark. Science at Sunset is recommended for families with children between ages eight and 12 years old. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided; capacity is limited. Registration is $20 per member adult and $25 per member child.

Combine your love of nature and history in this adults-only, one and a half hour guided walking tour with Nature Adventure Outfitters. Traverse around various habitats and the historic Wythewood Plantation over the course of the two-mile long I’on Swamp Trail. No experience is necessary, and guests of all activity levels welcome; the trail is relatively flat with occasional “off-trail” hiking. Registration is $25 per member adult.
