On June 11, enjoy a four-course meal at McCrady’s Restaurant prepared by the talented staff of James Beard Award-winning chef Sean Brock. Widely regarded as one of Charleston’s finest restaurants, McCrady’s offers a contemporary look at Southern cuisine marked by the creativity and passion of an experienced culinary team. Dinner is served in a historically-rich building erected in the 1700s that features Charleston’s last standing Long Room. For this distinctive Good Catch dinner, you’ll enjoy sustainable seafood from local purveyors, and the South Carolina Aquarium’s Good Catch Manager, Shelley Dearhart, will share more about how you can make sustainable seafood choices. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. Reservations are $65 each or $100 with wine pairings. A portion of proceeds will benefit Good Catch. To reserve your spot, call (843) 577-FISH (3474).
